4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the recliner and watching TV.

5.30 pm: Nebulizer

6:00 pm: Me and Brian headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Small formed bowel movement. We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:20 pm: dinner: chicken, potatos and coleslow.

Maureen coughed five times during the dinner.

7:00 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

7:15 Oral care

Cleaned very carefully left eye - was red and swollen.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta and applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vick’s.

7:45 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows and small white pillow between legs.

Temperature: 77.8

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 75

8:10 pm: asleep.
