4:00 : Maureen is relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV

Nasal Oxygen ON

Tom cut Maureen’s nails.

4:30 pm: Nebulizer treatment with Albuterol.

4:45 pm: cough syrup with applesouce

4:55 pm: dry diaper.

5:00 pm: Dinner: Orange Chicken Bowl

9 oz of water with lemon.

5:45 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce

6:15 pm: Oral Care.

6:30 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.
