4:00 : Maureen is relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV

Nasal Oxygen ON

4:30 pm: Nebulizer treatment with Albuterol.

4:45 pm: dry diaper.

4:55 pm: Dinner: Sausage, cheese and spinach Caserolle. Maureen enjoyed very much.

She coughed only ones during the dinner.

8 oz of water with lemon.

5:25 pm: Administered 1 tablet 875/125 mg AMOXICILLIN & CLAVULANATE with applesouce.

5:45 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce.

6:00 pm: Administered cough syrup with applesouce.

6:15 pm: Oral Care.

6:25 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Medium diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.
