4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the recliner and watching her favorite show.

5.30 pm: Nebulizer

6:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We cleaned and applied Lotion.

6:20 pm: dinner: hot dog, potato salad, cucamber and tomato salad. Tommy visited Maureen:)

Maureen coughed two times during the dinner.

7:05 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

7:15 pm: oral care

Cleaned with Aloe Vesta

Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vick’s

7:40 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom: the diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.4

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 76

8:00 pm: asleep.
