4:00 pm: Maureen is watching TV show, resting in the recliner.

Diaper is dry.

5: 00 pm: Dinner: caserole + beef, rice, peppers, tomatos, 1 cup of lemon water.

Maureen coughed two times.

5:50 pm: Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce.

6:10 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands, legs and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.

6:55 pm: Maureen is asleep.
