April 7, 2022, Thursday , Swingshift Update

4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in recliner and watching her favorite show. I massaged her right arm and hand. She ate one candy - Resses.

5:45 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: Dinner:

Pot roast beef (lot of gravy) and carrots with butter- prepared by Tom. Maureen enjoyed very much :) No water while eating.

Maureen was coughing today five times during the dinner :)

6:55 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding.

7:05 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

Applied Nystatin Ointment under right breast.

7:30 pm: transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to the left big toe.

Position left side with two wedge pillows.

Temp: 97.3

Oxygen: 97

Heart rate : 71

7:50 pm: asleep.
