4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the reclainer. Carolyn and Ann - the nurse visited her.

5:00 pm: Dinner: Sheperded pie with beef prepared by Carolyn. Maureen enjoyed it very much. She coughed two times during the dinner.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with Jello.

6:20 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Very wet Diaper. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed. Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vicks.

Applied Hydrocortisone Cream on the all red spots.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature 96,6

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 64
