4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV

5:00 pm: Dinner: Sheperded pie with beef prepared by Carolyn. Maureen liked it very much. She coughed five times during the dinner.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT , 5 mg OLANZAPINE and Benadryl with Jello.

6:20 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Medium wet Diaper. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed. Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vicks.

Applied Hydrocortisone Cream on the all red spots.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature 95,8

Oxygen: 93

Heart Rate: 67
