April 26, 2021 Swingshift Update

4:00pm Maureen is relaxing, sitting comfortably in the recliner. 6:00pm Maureen is up to the bathroom. Pull-up is dry. Maureen urinated (cloudy) but did not move her bowels. We once again noticed that Maureen give a little groan before she started urinating as if she is in pain. 6:20pm Dinner time. Maureen ate 100% of her vegetable lasagna and had 2 cups of water. Throughout dinner, Maureen is noticeably leaning forward more than usual. 7:15pm Administered 10mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after. 7:40pm Bed time. Transferred Maureen to bed. Her pull-up is dry. Applied Vicks to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is turned to her left side.

8:05pm Maureen is soundly asleep.
