April 22, 2021 Swingshift Update

4:00pm Maureen is lying comfortably in the recliner. 6:10pm Maureen is up to the bathroom. Pull-up is wet, changed to a dry one. Maureen urinated (cloudy) but did not move her bowels. 6:30pm Dinner time. Maureen ate 100% of her ham and salad. Maureen also had two cups of water. 7:15pm Administered 10mg OLANZAPINE with pudding and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after. 7:45pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen from day chair to bed. Maureen’s pull-up is dry, changed to a new diaper. Vicks applied to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is turned on her left side. 8:10pm Maureen is sound asleep.
