4:00pm Maureen is lying comfortably in the recliner. 6:05pm Maureen is up to the bathroom. Pull-up is very wet, changed to a dry one. Maureen did not urinate nor move her bowels. 6:30pm Dinner time. Maureen finished 100% of her chicken breast and pasta. Maureen also had two cups of water. 7:20pm Administered 10mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5mL of VIMPAT. Oral care after.

7:40pm Maureen is getting ready for bed. Pull-up is dry, new diaper put on. Vicks applied to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is turned to her left side. 7:58pm Maureen is sound asleep.
