April 19, 2021 Swingshift Update

4:00pm Maureen is lying comfortably in the recliner. She is alert and conversational. 6:10pm Maureen is up to the bathroom. Pull-up is dry. She urinated after 6 minutes (cloudy). She did not move her bowels. 6:30pm Dinner time. Maureen ate 100% of her pasta with chicken and broccoli. Maureen also had two cups of water. Maureen is noticeably leaning forward more than usual. 7:30pm Administered 10mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after. 7:45pm Maureen is getting ready for bed. Pull-up is dry. Changed to a new diaper. Applied Vicks to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is turned to her right side. 8:10pm Maureen is sound asleep.
