4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:00 pm: Dinner: Salmon with spinach and Orzo.

Maureen coughed six times during the dinner.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with Jello.

6:20 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Very wet diaper. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed. Applied Vicks on her chest and Hydrocortisone Cream on the all red spots.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature 97.0

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 63

7:00 pm : asleep

10:30 pm: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

12:00 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

3:00 am: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

5:00 am: dry diaper

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
