4:00pm Maureen is laying in the recliner.

6:10pm Maureen is up to the bathroom. She did not urinate or move her bowels. Pull-up is wet, changed to a dry one. 6:30pm Dinnertime. Maureen ate 100% of her burger and potato salad. Maureen also had one cup of water. 7:05pm Administered 10mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after. 7:55pm Maureen is getting ready for bed. Pull-up is dry, changed to a dry diaper. Shirt changed. Vicks applied to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is lying on her left side.

8:15pm Maureen is asleep.
