4:00pm Maureen is lying comfortably in recliner. 6:00pm Maureen is up to the bathroom. She did not urinate, pull-up is wet and changed to a new one. 6:30pm Dinner time. Maureen ate 100% of pork chop, applesauce, and salad. Maureen also had two cups of water. 7:45pm Administered 10mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after.

8:00pm Maureen is getting ready for bed. Pull-up is dry, changed to a new diaper. Vicks applied to chest and both right and left big toe. Turned Maureen to her right side. 8:30pm Maureen is asleep.
