4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

Carolyn visited her🙂

4:45 pm: dinner: chicken with pesto, rice and carrots.

1/2 cup of lemon water.

Maureen coughed six times during the dinner.

5:15 pm: dry diaper

5:30 pm: BP: 120/64 P: 75

5:50 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

6:10 pm: Evening oral care.

6:25 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet.

Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

Temp.: 96.9

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 71

6:53 pm: asleep.
