4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the reclainer and watching TV

5:00pm: Dinner: Chicken with muschroms, tortelinii, carots. Maureen enjoyed very much.

Maureen coughed three times during the dinner.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with tiramisu :)

6:20 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Very wet Diaper. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed. Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vicks.

Applied Hydrocortisone Cream on the all red spots.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature 96

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 73
