4:00pm Maureen is up to toilet, did not pee. Diaper is dry.

4:05pm Maureen is back to recliner, comfortable and watching tv.

6:30pm Maureen up to toilet, cloudy urine, scant amount in diaper, changed.

7:30pm Dinner time. Maureen is leaning forward instead of her left side. Ate baked ziti, finished 100%, drank one full cup of water.

7:45pm 10mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 6mL VIMPAT.

7:50pm oral care.

8:05pm Get ready for bed. Scant amount of urine in diaper, changed. Vicks applied to chest and left big toe.

8:23pm Maureen is in bed, asleep, and turned to her left side.
