Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side, sleeping calmly.

8:35AM - She moved a little bit with eyes still closed.

9:00AM - She's still asleep.

9:15AM - Maureen opened her eyes, no signs of any distress. She took sips of water via swab.

9:25AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 105/60, P: 65, O2: 96%

Neb treatment with albuterol followed.

Maureen coughed up the phlegm after, used suction machine.

9:50AM - Me and Joanna washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was medium wet, no redness on skin. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We changed her and moved to the front room.

10:05AM - Maureen took 10 oz lemon water and we administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with butter and strawberry jam, pear and 8oz prune juice with 1 cap MiraLAX. Coughed 2x.

10:45AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine followed.

**Maureen's comfotably sitting on her recliner - very awake.

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her right side.

**Maureen took a 30min nap.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry, we got Maureen dressed and moved to the front room.

12:45PM - Lunch - tuna salad, fresh avocado and 12 oz sparkling water. Coughed 5x (dry).

1:35PM - Oral care.

Maureen's energy eating was good since she had that nap.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and moved Maureen to the front room.

3:50PM - Fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon).

Total liquid intake - 30oz
