Wednesday, May 21, 2025 Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's still sound asleep while lying on her left side.


8:30AM - Maureen is still sleeping.


9:00AM - Maureen woke up, no signs of any distress. She looked fully awake so we placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.


9:10AM - Me and Joanna washed her upper body with warm purple wipes - no redness on skin. Diaper was dry with a small brownish spot (on diaper) - no redness on area. We cleaned Maureen with water and cetaphil cleanser and changed. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and transferred to the front room.


9:25AM - Maureen had 10oz of lemon water before breakfast.


Breakfast - waffle with blueberry jam, pears and 5 oz lemon water. Coughed 2x, sneezed once.


10:10AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.


10:20AM- Oral care.


Facial and hand care followed.


10:40AM - Maureen is relaxed while sitting, got sleepy after breakfast however, stayed awake.


11:25AM - We noved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position her to face the right side.


12:25AM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was heavy wet with large, formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and moved to the front room.


12:40PM - Lunch - Shrimp salad, avocado, tomato and 10oz root beer. Maureen ate well. Coughed 2x.


1:20PM - Oral care.


2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her left side.


3:35PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet with small, formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Got Maureen dressed and transferred to the front room.


3:45PM - Fruit snack time (melon, banana and apple).


**Total liquid intake - 25oz
