Wednesday March 25th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake. We put her in a upright position & gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine & 1 Colace tablet dissolved in hot water w/pear puree. Gave a albuterol breathing treatment & she drank 6oz of water.

Morning Care we changed Maureen's diaper it was medium wet w/medium VD odorless & cloudy, we applied sureprep to her sacrum area and cavilon between her inner thighs. We washed her upper extremities w/warm purple wipes. Dressed Maureen to start her day.

-10:10am transferred Maureen into the living room, gave her 10mg of Loratadine & 20ml of cough syrup w/pear puree. Breakfast was a waffle w/jelly and diced kiwi. Maureen drank 4oz of prune juice. Maureen had 3 prunes diced in juice.

-11:10am Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream. Listening to music & relaxing.

-1:00pm gave Maureen her afternoon fruit snack diced watermelon and grapes, she drank 10oz of lemon water.

-1:45pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break. She was heavy wet w/large VD odorless & cloudy. We positioned Maureen on her right side.

-2:45pm start Maureen's afternoon, we changed her diaper it was dry. Dressed Maureen to go outside this afternoon.

-3:00pm Outside w/Maureen going for a walk.

-3:45pm we are back from our walk,Maureen finished 10oz.of coconut water.

-4:00pm Maureen is having her albuterol breathing treatment. She drank 10oz of sparkling water.

-4:45pm dinner pork chops w/sweetpotato.

-5:20pm we gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine, 20ml of cough syrup & 12.5mg of Vimpat w/pear puree. Maureen drank 10oz.of coconut water.

-5:45pm Oralcare

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. We changed her diaper it was heavy wet w/ large VD odorless and cloudy. We washed her face and hands & applied lotion to her legs, feet, hands and face. Dressed her for the night & positioned her on her left side.
