Wednesday, June 11, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's sleeping while facing her left side.

8:30AM - She's still sleeping, no movements made.

9:05AM - Maureen woke up already, she looked awake and ready to start her day. We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:20AM - Me and Joanna washed her upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was dry with small, yellowish v. discharge. We cleaned her using water and cetaphil cleanser then, changed. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and moved to the front room.

9:35AM - Maureen took 10oz of lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with strawberry jelly, pear and 4oz prune juice. Coughed 2x.

**Breakfast took 20mins more longer than the usual 40-45min. Opened her mouth smaller, takes time to chew the food.

10:15AM - Oral care.

10:25AM - Neb treatment with saline.

10:40AM - Facial and hand care routine.

Carolyn arrived shortly after.

11:00AM - Kelsie, RN arrived for Maureen's regular weekly nurse visit. Left upper lung is slightly congested - adviced to give another Neb with saline this afternoon, bowel sounds can be heard slightly. Arm circ - 19.5cm, leg circ - 31cm.

11:35AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break, diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her. Position to place her in the right side.

**Tom is with Maureen on bed, no coughing at this time. She looked relaxed.

12:40PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Transferred her to the front room.

12:55PM - Lunch - shrimp salad, beets and sweet pea soup (blended). She finished 10oz of coconut water. Coughed 2x and multiple sneezes as well.

1:50PM - Oral care.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face her left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was clean and dry, we got Maureen dressed and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).

**Total liquid intake - 24 oz
