Wednesday, July 26 Daytime update

• 6:30 am- Maureen is sleeping. She is laying on her left side.

• 7:00 am- Maureen is sleeping.

• 7:30 am- Maureen opened her eyes. There was a little twitching, pulse was 82. Twitching stopped after couple of minutes.

• 8:00 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep.

• 8:15 am- Maureen is waking up.

• 8:30 am- Maureen is awake. We raised the bed and administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 8:40 am- Maureen's BP is 135/84 .

• 8:42 am- We started the day. Maureen's diaper was dry. Dalia and I proceeded with giving Maureen a full body, bed bed.. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:00 am- Breakfast- Oatmeal smoothie, 6 iz of prune juice with 1/4 cup of Miralax. One cough, one sneeze.

• 9:25 am- Administered Loratadin.

• Daily Miralax dosage- 1/4 cup.

• 9:30 am- Morning oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair down.

• 9:35 am- Facial routine.

• 10:00 am- Maureen is resting in the chair, sipping on a cup of water.

• 10:20 am- Maureen is sleeping in the chair now.

• 10:50 am- Maureen is awake and taking some water.

• 11:00 am- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the first rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Measured the BP- 110/74.

• 11:10 am- Weekly visit with Ann Emberson, Maureen's RN. Lungs are clear, vitals are:

• T- 97.7, Pulse- 78, BP- 110/74

• 11:20 am- We positioned Maureen on her right side.

• 12:15 pm- Maureen's rest break ends. Her diaper was medium wet and she had a medium formed bowel movement. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and proceeded with washing Maureen's hair with Ketoconazole 2% shampoo. Headed to the kitchen after.

• 12:35 pm- Drying and styling Maureen's hair.

• 12:40 pm- Lunch- Broccoli and cheddar soup, eggs salad, fresh tomatoe. Half of yogurt, cup of lemon water. Maureen coughed once. She finished her lemon water.

• 1:15 pm- Oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair after.

• 2:20 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break. Diaper was dry. We positioned Maureen on the left side at 2:30 pm.

• 3:30 pm- Second rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was medium wet and she had a very small formed bowel movement. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and transferred Maureen to the front room.

• 3:45 pm- Maureen's BP is 127/74.

• 3:48 pm- Fresh fruit snack- watermelon, pear and kiwi.

• Maureen was quiet, but had a good day today. Coughing was minimal. She had a little snooze in the morning, but the rest of the day had a good energy.
