Wednesday Feb. 25th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake, we positioned her in a upright position & gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce & 6oz of water. Suctioned her once during her drinking water.

-9:50am Morning Care we changed her diaper it was heavy wet & light VD. Applied sureprep and cavilon to appropriate areas & washed her upper extremities w/warmed purple wipes. Dressed her for the day.

-10:10am transferred Maureen into the living room, Cheryl gave her 10mg of Loratadine w/applesauce. Maureen had a albuterol treatment.

-10:15am I made breakfast, a waffle w/jelly & diced pears. Maureen drank 6oz. of prune juice w/half a cap of Miralax. She had 2 coughs & was suctioned once.

-11:20am Oralcare & applied facial and hand moisturizer.

-11:35am relaxing, waiting visiting nurse.

-12:00pm Susan & Megan came examined Maureen right side of Lungs were gurgling left side clear, otherwise Maureen is doing well. Visit conclusion-up to 2 albuterol treatments daily & 2x's a day 20 ml of cough syrup. Try Senna over Miralax. Vitals- Temp.-98.4

-12:40pm eye treatment to clean eyes.

-1:00pm afternoon fruit snack, diced watermelon. 10oz.of coconut water.

-2:00pm albuterol treatment

-2:15pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon break, changed her diaper it was dry. Positioned her on her right side.

-3:15pm get Maureen up to start her afternoon, changed her diaper it was heavy wet. Dressed her to start the afternoon. Transferred Maureen into the living room.

-4:00pm Maureen finished 10oz.of sparkling water. Checked her diaper, it was clean.

-4:30pm dinner pot roast w/potatoes & carrots. Finished 10oz.of lemon water. Gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine w/applesauce & 10mg/ml of Lacosamide w/applesauce. She also got 20ml of cough syrup.

-5:30 pm Oralcare

-5:50pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime, changed her diaper it was heavy wet. Applied cavilon to appropriate areas & washed her face and hands. Applied lotion to her legs, feet, hands & face. Dressed her for the night & positioned her on her left side.
