Wednesday Feb.18th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake & sitting in a upright position, gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce. Few zips of prune juice.

-9:45am Morning Care changed Maureen's diaper it was dry, applied sureprep and cavilon to appropriate areas. Washed her upper extremities w/warm purple wipes, applied Nystatin under her left breast & got her dressed to start her day.

-10:10am transferred Maureen into the living room, brushed her hair & gave her 10mg of Loratadine w/applesauce.

-10:20am breakfast a waffle w/jelly & diced pears. A few zips of prune juice.

-11:00am trying some hydration water

-11:15am Deacon Andy arrived and administered ashes to us three.

Oralcare & facial and hand cream applied. Watching Olympics

-12:00pm Maureen finished 10oz.of hydration water & is resting

-1:00pm afternoon fruit snack, avocado & 10oz.of sparkling water.

-1:20pm Kathy came by for a visit.

-2:15pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon break. Maureen was dry, we positioned her on her right side.

-3:00pm got Maureen up, changed her diaper it was medium wet, dressed her to start her afternoon.

-3:10pm transferred Maureen into the living room, watching Olympics

-4:25pm Maureen finished 10oz.of coconut water.

-4:35pm dinner tuna casserole Maureen finished 10oz.of lemon water.

-5:10pm gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine w/applesauce & 10mg/ml of Lacosamide w/applesauce.

-5:30pm Oralcare

-5:50pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. Maureen was medium wet, changed her & applied cavilon to appropriate areas. Washed her face and hands & applied lotion to face, hands, legs & feet. Dressed her for the night & positioned Maureen on her left side. Also applied Nystatin under her left breast.

Vitals- T-98.1 PO- 85/98

Fluids- 40oz. + approx.2oz of prune juice

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, still sleeping. 9:45AM- Maureen is awake, no signs of pain or any distress. We check the left foot it already very light color we still Applied Triamcinolone 0.1%
