8:00AM - Maureen is still sleeping, she's ln her left side with O2 sat 96% via nasal cannula. She looked calm while sleeping, no distress.

8:35AM - Maureen slightly opened her eyes, we placed her on her back and in an upright position administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:50AM - Neb treatment with albuterol.

9:10AM - Me and Joanna washed her

upper with warm purple wipes. Diaper was dry with a tiny brownish v. discharge. The skin on lower sacrum is no longer red, we cleaned and changed. Applied Calazinc on the area, applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and moved to the front room.

9:25AM - Maureen took 5oz of lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce. She had a wet cough prior to taking liquid, used suction machine.

Cleaned nostrils using Saline mists, O2 sat at 97%.

Breakfast - waffle with butter n syrup, banana and took another 3 oz of lemon water. Coughed once.

10:00AM - Administered 7.5ml expectorant.

10:10AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

10:20AM - BP: 98/58

Maureen closed her eyes after for a nap, she leaned backward to relax.

11:05AM - Maureen woke up to cough (wet), we took a lot of phlegm by suction.

11:20AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her right side.

**Maureen coughed 3x (wet) and suctioned the phlegm with a color of yellow to light green).

12:30PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry, we got her dressed and moved to the front room.

12:40PM - Neb treatment with albuterol.

12:55PM - Lunch - tuna salad, beets, veggie soup and 10oz of lemon water. 2 wet coughs.

1:45PM - Administered 1 tab 500mg Tylenol (crushed) with apple sauce. Had 6oz of lemon water.

2:00PM - Oral care.

Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

2:30PM - We took Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side. O2 at 94%.

3:40PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we got Maureen dressed and moved to the front room.

3:50PM - Fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon).
