Wednesday April 8th Daytime Summary

-9:40am Maureen is awake, we positioned her in a upright position and gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/pear puree and albuterol breathing treatment. Maureen finished 6oz of water. We suctioned Maureen once w/the water.

-MorningCare- we changed Maureen's diaper it was heavy wet w/large VD odorless & cloudy. Applied sureprep to her sacrum area and cavilon between her inner thighs. We washed Maureen's upper extremities w/warm purple wipes and dressed her for the day.

-10:30am transferred Maureen into the living room, gave her 10mg of Loratadine & 20ml of cough syrup w/pear puree. Breakfast was a waffle w/jelly and diced kiwi. Maureen drank 8oz.of prune juice w/Miralax and Thick-it. She coughed 3x's while eating breakfast.

-11:15 Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream. Listening to music and relaxing. Maureen slept for a hour& a half.

-1:15pm afternoon fruit snack, diced watermelon & she finished 10oz.of lemon water w/Thick- It, 1 cough while drinking.

-2:15pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break. We changed her diaper it was heavy wet w/large VD odorless and cloudy. We positioned Maureen on her right side.

-3:15pm start Maureen's afternoon, she was dry & we got her dressed for the afternoon to start. Transferred Maureen into the living room. Maureen drank 5oz.of Coconut water w/Thick-It& coughed once.

-3:35pm Maureen is getting her albuterol breathing treatment. Gave Maureen a piece of red velvet cake & she finished 5oz.of Coconut water.

-4:30pm dinner chicken parm. w/pasta. Coughed 2x's while eating.

-5:10pm gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine, 20ml of cough syrup & 12.5mg of Vimpat w/pear puree. Maureen finished 10oz.of sparkling water.

-5:40pm Oralcare

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. We changed Maureen's diaper it was large wet w/medium VD odorless and cloudy. Applied cavilon between her inner thighs. Washed Maureen's face and hands, applied lotion to her legs, feet, hands and face. Dressed her for the night & positioned her on her left side.

Fluids- 44oz.
