Tuesday October 12, 2021 Swingshift Update

• Maureen is lying comfortably in the recliner.

• 5:20pm Maureen’s diaper is wet so we headed to the bathroom. Maureen had a small, formed bowel movement but did not urinate. We cleaned up, put on a new pull-up, and returned to the recliner.

• 6:40pm Dinnertime. Maureen will have two scrambled eggs with cheese and a cup of water.

• 7:11pm Administered 5mg OLANZAPINE with pudding and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care, facial cleanse, and application of Cetaphil moisturizing lotion to face, hands, and arms followed after.

• 7:45pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Pull-up is slightly wet - cleaned using 3M cleanser spray, applied Cavilon barrier cream, and put on a fresh diaper. Ciclopirox applied to both right and left big toe. Vicks applied to chest. Body pillows placed on either side of bed. Head of the bed elevated. Maureen is turned to her left side with two green wedge pillows behind her.
