8:00AM - Maureen was already awake when we came in, lying calmly on her left side.
8:30AM - We raised the bed up and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
8:45AM - Me and Dalia started to wash Maureen's upper body using warmed purple wipes with Aloe Vesta. No redness on both underarms and upper body. Diaper was lightly wet, we swabbed Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and on coccyx where the red spot is. Applied Cavilon cream on folds. Finished dressing then transferred to the kitchen.
8:55AM - Maureen had slices of pear before breakfast and we also administered 2 50mg of Senna S (crushed) with apple sauce. She had a cup of lemon water as well.
9:05AM - Breakfast - 8oz prune juice, oatmeal/fruit smoothie with 3 prunes, and 2 spoonfuls of yogurt. Maureen coughed 2x, used suction machine to help getting the phlegm out.
9:30AM - Deanna arrived to color Maureen's hair.
Oral care done prior to hair color.
10:50AM - Facial and hand care routine.
11:00AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, less redness on the coccyx area. We cleaned and changed her, position to face her right side starting at 11:10am.
12:10PM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.
12:30PM - Maureen had atleast a 10-12min nap then we ended her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet with a small formed bowel movement. We cleaned and changed then transferred to the kitchen.
12:40PM - BP: 108/69, P: 61 bpm
Lunch was tuna salad, broccoli, a cup of coconut water and 2 spoonfuls of yogurt.
1:20PM - Oral care. **Reclined geri chair one notch after.
**Maureen coughed up phlegm. Sitting comfortably on her chair, awake and listening to music.
2:15PM - Maureen had 3/4 cup of cold ginger tea.
2:30PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face her left side.
3:40PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Transferred to the front room.
3:55PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).
Carolyn arrived to visit Maureen.
