Tuesday March 3, 2026 Daytime update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. No signs of pain or any distress.

9:40AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce and she drink 10oz of cold water. Giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

10:25AM- We wash her upper extremities with warm purple wipes,Diaper was medium wet and small VD odorless. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:45 -Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin) with apple sauce.

Breakfast - scrambled egg with cheese tomato and onion, finished 8oz prune juice, and pear. Maureen ate well. Coughed once.

11:20AM- Oral care.

11:25AM- Facial and hand care routine.

12:00PM - Maureen close her eyes for a nap.

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz of coconut water and had melon for as fruit snack. Coughed2x Suction.

2:15PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was medium wet and has medium VD has odor. We clean and change suppository was inserted rectal, we position her to face the left side.

3:00PM- podiatrist came, - Dr. Dan-trimmed Maureen  Toenail .

3:15PM- Rest break ended already. Diaper was medium wet with Large soft BM. We cleaned and changed her. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:30PM - Maureen had 10oz of sparkling water.

4pm- Neb treatment with albuterol
