Tuesday, June 27, 2023: Swing Shift

5:00 PM: Maureen is sitting comfortably on her recliner chair while Joanna is giving her dinner- Tomato pasta woth meatballs. She finished her food and a cup of water.


5:45 PM: Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5mg of Olanzapine with vanilla yogurt


6:15 PM: Oral and denture care done.


6:30 PM: Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet. Cleaned thoroughly and changed. Applied Cavilon cream om her perineal area. Applied Vicks on chest and Cetaphil lotion on her face, legs and feet.


Vitals:


Temp: 97.8°

Pulse: 63 bpm

O2 Stat: 97%

Monday April 20,2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. No signs of pain or any distress. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swabs. 9:35AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg
