Tuesday July 28,2026 Daytime Update.

Tom’s Update

Around 9AM:  Tom administered 0.25ml of Morphine,

And 0.50ml Lorazepam.

Maureen sleeping comfortably. No pain, no moaning.

9:30AM- Maureen is on her left side still sleeping comfortably.

9:40AM : Check Vitals

Temperature is 98.1°

Pulse is 99

Oxygen is 88%

coughs2x we try to suction , we couldn’t get the phlegm. 3 swabs of water and moistened lips.

Me and Joana start Cleaned and changed Maureen diaper, it was dry but has small VD brownish odorless.

Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Prevent silicone cream on posterior and inner thighs. Wash her upper extremities with warm purple wipes. We washed and dry Maureen’s left breast using (skintegrity and gauze sponges)

No discoloration of her left breast.

We dressed Maureen and sit an upright position. Maureen is sleeping comfortably.

congested breathing sounds clogged with mucus.

11:00AM- Tom’s family is here visit , Brother Mike, Sister Cheryl and their Mom and sister karen.

12:10PM- Reposition Maureen to her left side. Diaper is dry. Giving her 3 swabs of water Maureen swallow 3x.

1:00PM- giving another swabs of water for Maureen

Tommy came..

1:00PM- Tom administer Lorazepam 0.50ml and Morphine 0.25ml.

1:20PM- Carolyn, Colleen and Barb came to visit Maureen.

1:30PM - reposition Maureen to her right side with two edge pillow on her back. Giving her another swabs on her lips.

Check Vitals : Pulse is 88

Oxygen: 50 %

3:00PM- Reposition- Maureen in an upright position Maureen still closing her eyes, sleeping comfortably and breathing with congested sounds.

Giving her couple of swabs to moist her lips.

3:30PM- Vitals are : temp 97.6

O2- 80%

Pulse - 101

Checking her fingers nails start discoloration a little bluish..

3:50PM- We gave her couple some swabs to moist her mouth and lips.

4:15PM- reposition Maureen to her right side wirh two edge on her back. She open her eyes for a second then back to sleep again. Couple of swabs again.

4:40PM- Kathy came to visit Maureen

5:40PM- giving her few swabs to moist her mouth and lips. Put her on a upright position and give her neb treatment with Albuterol.

5:50: giving more water via swbs she swallowed 3x and cough3x with phlegm we suction3x and we got plenty of phlegm. And we notice her breathing better . we check diaper was light wet and has medium VD brownish and light red blood. We cleaned and changed Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Prevent silicone cream on posterior and inner thighs. We position Maureen to left side.

6:00PM- Vitals

Temp. 97.8%

Pulse : 113

Oxygen: 89%

Maureen is sleeping comfortably ay this time.
