Tuesday June 2 2026 daytime update

9:30 AM Maureen is asleep

9:45am maureen is awake. We sat her up and gave her 75 mg of levothyroxine with applesauce and an albuterol breathing treatment. Maureen drank 6 ounces of water with thick it . Morning care we changed Maureen's diaper. It was medium wet with medium VD orderless and yellow, we applied Sure prep to her sacrum area and Cavilon between her inner thighs. We washed her upper extremities with warm purple wipes and dresser for the day. Transferred Maureen to the blue chair and she got her haircut and colored.

10:15 am Maureen was given 10 mg, Loratadine and 20 mg of cough syrup with applesauce. Breakfast was one scrambled egg. With onion and tomato and cheese, quarter of an avocado morning drink 8 ounces of orange juice with thick -it .

12:pm oral care and applied facial and handcream to Maureen. We are listening to music and Maureen is relaxing.

1:00 afternoon, snack yogurt, and Maureen drank 10 ounces of lemon water with thick it.

2:15 pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest Maureen was medium wet with med vd discharge light brown .

3 pm Maureen is dry we transferred her to the living room for the afternoon. Maureen drank 10oz of sparkling water with Thick it . Maureen had banana bread as a snack

4:15 pm- Albuterol breathing treatment.

4:30 pm- Dinner , spaghetti we gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine 20 ML of cough syrup &12.5 of Vimpant w/ Applesauce. Maureen finished 10oz of sparkling water with Thick it

5:20pm - oral care

5:45 pm Maureen felt warm we took her temp it was 100.9 we gave 1 Tylenol with applesauce. Tom will monitor Maureen's temperature during the evening.

6pm - we transferred Maureen to the bedroom for bedtime we changed Maureen. She was heavy wet with a large VD brown and odorless. We applied Caville and between her thighs we wash Maureen's face and hands and legs. We dressed her for the night and positioned her left .

7:00 PM Vitals … temperature is now 98.5°


Pulse is now 109 and blood oxygen is 96%, her hand is a little cold. That could be why these numbers are off a little.


8:00 PM vitals …


Temperature is 97.6, pulse is 85 BPM and oxygen is 98%

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, still sleeping. 9:45AM- Maureen is awake, no signs of pain or any distress. We check the left foot it already very light color we still Applied Triamcinolone 0.1%

 
 
 
June 22/23,2026 overnight update

10:00pm, dry, reposition right 10:50pm, Maureen coughed and suction machine was used to remove some phlegm 12:00am, dry, reposition left . Didn’t use corner pillows 3:00am, dry, reposition right 5:15a
