Tuesday, July 9, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was already awake, calmly lying on her left side - still looking a lil bit sleepy.

8:30AM - In an upright position, we administer 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:45AM - Me and Dalia started to wash Maureen's upper body with warmed purple wipes. Skin is clear, no redness or rashes observed. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on folds. Finished dressing then, transferred to the kitchen.

8:55AM - Breakfast - orange, oatmeal/fruit smoothie, and 2 spoonfuls of yogurt. Maureen also had a cup of lemon water. Coughed once and able to get rid the phlegm on her own.

No MiraLAX today.

9:25AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with smoothie.

9:35AM - Oral care.**Reclined geri chair one notch for Maureen's comfort.

9:45AM - Facial and hand care routine.

10:20AM - Maureen looking relaxed while sitting on her geri chair. She had a quick 15-20min nap.

10:40AM - Nebulizer treatment - saline sol'n and albuterol.

11:00AM - Maureen had 3 quarter of a cup lemon water.

BP: 110/63, P: 79 bpm

11:25AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was dry. We position to face her right side.

12:30PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned/dried and changed Maureen. Dressed her then, transferred to the kitchen.

12:40PM - Lunch was tuna salad, beets and chicken-veggie soup. Maureen had a cup of coconut water. Coughed 2x, sneezed once.

**We reclined geri chair one notch prior to eating lunch due to Maureen leaning forward.

1:30PM - Oral care.

2:10PM - Maureen had 3/4 cup of lemon water.

2:30PM - Time for Maureen's 2nd rest break - we transferred her to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face her left side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We proceed to dress Maureen then, transferred to the front room.

3:40PM - Fruit snack time (apple, banana, and melon). Maureen had half cup of lemon water as well. Enjoying her fruits.
