Tuesday February 24,2026- Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake no signs of pain or any distress.

We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce and she drink 4oz of water and 6oz of apple juice with a 1/2 cap of miralax. Cough 3x then suction.

10:00 AM - Me Diane wash her upper extremities with warm purple wipes. Diaper was dry but has a small VD . We cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We dressed her , and Maureen’s hair was wash today before we transfer her at the front room.

10:45AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce. And coughs syrup 20ml Geri-Tussin with apple sauce.

Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomato, onion. With pear. With 10oz coconut water , Maureen ate well.

11:25AM - Oral care.

11:35AM - Facial and hand care routine.

12:00PM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

1:15PM - Maureen took 5ozof sparkling water and had melon for as fruit snack. Coughed3x use suction

2:15PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was heavy wet we clean and dry, a lot of passing gas , we position her to face the left side.

3:00PM - Rest break ended already. Diaper was dry.We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:20PM- We gave her Neb treatment with albuterol.

Maureen had 5 oz of sparkling water.

4:30PM - Dinner - Orange chicken with rice Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz water with lemon Coughs once suction

5:15PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat with apple sauce.

5:20PM- Oral care

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet , we cleaned and changed a lot of passing gas, We applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:20PM - Maureen's sleeping.
