• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner finishing her fruit snack.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 105/63.

  Pulse: 74

  O2: 99

• 4:50pm Diaper is dry.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Cheese Gnocchi with sauce, and 8oz of lemon water. Maureen coughed twice during meal.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream including lower extremities.

  Temp: 96.7

   Pulse: 72

   O2: 98

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
