3:30 pm: Rest break nr 2 ends. Maureen's diaper is medium wet. Small formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. We dressed and headed to the living room.

3:50 pm: fruit snack: watermelon, kiwi and pear.

4:00 pm : Maureen is watching TV.

Dry diaper.

5: 00 pm: dinner: chicken with dry tomato souce and potatos.

3/4 cup of lemon water.

5:55 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple souce.

6:10 pm: Oral Care.

6:30 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands, legs and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.
