• 9:00am Maureen sleeps peacefully lying on her left side. As per Marianne, she woke up briefly and receptive to sips of water earlier, after 8 am.

• 9:40am Maureen is awake and calmed, we now lift lo the bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:42am Blood pressure: 102/60.

• Pulse: 67

  O2: 98

• 9:46am Marianne and I started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied skin protective film to sacrum, Cavilon barrier cream to inner thigh. Dressed and headed to the front room.

• 10:05am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce.

• 10:07am Breakfast: 9oz of lemon water, scrambled egg with apple, and 9oz of watermelon juice. Maureen coughed three times during meal. Suction pump used once.

• 10:50am Oral care followed by facial routine.

• Maureen got slightly jumpy for about 20 minutes once done with her morning routine.

• 11:40am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

• 12:35pm First break ends. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, dressed and headed to the front room.

• 12:50pm Lunch: Sweetpeas soup (blended), tuna salad, beet, and 10oz of sparkling water. Maureen coughed twice during meal.

• 1:35pm Oral care.

• 2:00pm Albuterol Neb treatment.

• Barb visits Maureen.

• 2:40pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

• 3:35pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the front room.

• 3:50pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon) with 10oz of electrolyte drink.

• Total liquids ingested: 38oz.
