• 8:00am Maureen sleeps soundly lying on her left.

• 8:30am Maureen is now falling back to sleep after recently waking up and taking a few sips of water via swab.

• 9:00am Maureen’s still sleeping.

• 9:35am Maureen’s awake, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:37am Blood pressure: 100/59.

  Pulse: 65

  O2: 93

• 9:41am Albuterol Neb treatment.

• 9:53am Joanna and I started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper, applied skin protective film to sacrum, Cavilon barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the living room.

• 10:23am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce.

• 10:25am Breakfast: 9oz of lemon water, scrambled egg with tomato and onion, pear, and 8oz of prune juice. Maureen coughed four times during meal, suction pump used once.

• 11:05am Oral care followed by eyes wash/drops and facial routine.

• 11:35am Administered 20ml of expectorant with apple sauce.

• 11:45am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

• 12:40pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 12:55pm Lunch: Chicken/rice soup, avocado mash and 10oz of sparkling water. Maureen coughed twice and sneezed once during meal.

• 1:40pm Oral care.

• 2:25pm Maureen had 6oz of electrolyte drink.

• 2:35pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a medium wet diaper with an X-large-formed BM, positioned on her right side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Clean/change a medium wet diaper with a medium-formed BM, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/apple) with 4oz of electrolyte drink.

• Total liquids ingested: 37oz.
