Thursday May 7, 2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. No signs of pain or any distress. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab.

9:40AM-We placed Maureen in an upright position the. Give her Neb treatment with albuterol.

administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce and she drink 6 oz of thickened cold water

10:00AM- Morning care. Wash her upper extremities with warm purple wipes. Diaper was dry with  medium VD cloudy odorless , Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs.

We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:40AM-  Breakfast- scrambled egg with onions and tomatoes and kiwi, finished 8oz thickened prune juice with 1/2 cap miralax, Maureen ate well.

Coughed once suction

Administered 10mg of Loratadine  and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)all with apple sauce.

11:20AM-Oral care

11:25AM-Facial and hand care routine

12:00PM- Maureen close her eyes for a nap.

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz of thickened coconut water and had melon for as fruit snack. Cough2x once suction

2:00PM- Neb treatment with albuterol.

2:15PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we  cleaned and changed. We position her to face the right side.

3:15PM- Rest break ended already. Diaper was dry.

We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen had 10oz of thickened sparkling water.

4:15PM- diaper checked dry.

4:30PM - Dinner - Pot roast with potatoes and carrots . Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz thickened sparkling water. No cough

5:15PM- Administered 5mg of Olanzapine 12.5ml Vimpat and cough syrup 20ml (Gerri-Tussin) all with apple sauce.

5:25 PP - Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet and XS formed BM we cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream on posterior and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.
