Thursday, May 11 Swing shift update

  • 4:30 pm- Maureen is resting in the recliner, watching TV show . She is having sips of lemon water .

  • 5:00 pm- We transferred Maureen to the Geri chair and headed to the dining area for dinner. Maureen enjoyed broccoli mac and cheese, rice pudding for dessert, cup of water. She did not cough during dinner.

  • 6:00 pm- Administered Olanzapine with yogurt and 12.5 ml Vimpat.

  • 6:10 pm- Oral care.

  • 6:20 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bed. Her diaper was heavy wet. Tom and I cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream. Cleaned Maureen's face , applied Ceraphil lotion on her face , her legs and feet, Vicks on her chest. Positioned Maureen on her left side.

  • T- 97.1, O2-- 94, Pulse 85.

July 28/ July 29 overnight update

10:00pm, light wet, cleaned, changed, reposition up for nebulizer/ Albuterol. Moisture Maureen lips and inside mouth with swab . Tom was able to take some phlegm out. T 97.5 O 83% P 103 Maureen breath

 
 
 
Tuesday July 28,2026 Daytime Update.

Tom’s Update Around 9AM: Tom administered 0.25ml of Morphine, And 0.50ml Lorazepam. Maureen sleeping comfortably. No pain, no moaning. 9:30AM- Maureen is on her left side still sleeping comfortably.
