Sunday March 22,2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab , No signs of pain or any distress.

9:35AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with purée pear and she drink 6oz of water with lemon , Coughed2x suction

Giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

10:15AM - Morning care, We gave her full body bed bath using warm water with Cetaphil cleanser, Diaper was  medium wet, XL VD cloudy odorless,We cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on her posterior and inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:40AM- Deacon came , Maureen receive her communion today.

10:55AM-Administered 10mg of Loratadine with purée pear and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin) with purée pear,

Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomatoes and onions, and kiwi , finished 8oz prune juice. Maureen ate well. Coughed2x suction.

11:45AM- Oral care.

11:50AM- Facial and hand care routine.

12:00 - Maureen Just listening to music.

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz water with lemon ,had melon and grapes  for as fruit snack. Coughed2x Suction.

2:15PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was medium wet and medium VD cloudy odorless, We position her to face the right side.

3:00PM- Rest break ended already. Diaper was dry. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:15 PM - Maureen is enjoying Sister Roberta’s treatment.

4:15PM- Neb treatment with albuterol

4:20PM - diaper checked , was cleaned and dry.

4:45PM - Dinner - corned beef with carrot’s and cabbage,Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz sparkling water.

Coughed2x suction.

5:50PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine , 12.5ml Vimpat, 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin) all with purée pear.

5:55PM - Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream on posterior and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.
