Thursday March 19,2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab , No signs of pain or any distress. Cough once suction

9:35AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with purée pear and she drink 6oz of water . Coughed2x suction

Giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

10:10AM - Morning care, We wash her upper extremities with warm purple wipes, Diaper was  medium wet, medium VD yellowish odorless,We cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on posterior and inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:45AM-Administered 10mg of Loratadine with purée pear and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin) with purée pear,

Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomatoes and onions, and kiwi , finished 8oz prune juice. Maureen ate well. Coughed2x suction.

11:25AM- Oral care.

11:30AM- Facial and hand care routine.

12:00 - Maureen took a nap

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz coconut water, had melon and grapes  for as fruit snack. Coughed2x Suction.

2:15PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was heavy wet and has medium VD yellow odorless,  Medium formed BM we cleaned and change her. We position her to face the left side.

3:15PM- Rest break ended already. Diaper was dry with small formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:30PM - Maureen had 10oz of water with lemon

4pm- Neb treatment with albuterol

4:20PM - diaper checked , was cleaned and dry.

4:30PM - Dinner - Hotdog, potato salad and pickles ,Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz sparkling water.

Coughed once suction.

5:40PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine , 12.5ml Vimpat, 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin) all with purée pear.

5:55PM - Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet , XL hard BM, we cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream on posterior and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.
