8:00 Maureen is still asleep comfortably.

8:30 after noticing Maureen moving around, we decided to raise the back of the bed and administer her LEVOTHYROXINE, with a couple spoons of applesauce, she also had some water, via mouth swab.

106/62 was her blood pressure.

8:45 a bed bath was given with the purple wipes, and we changed a medium wet diaper, we noticed a small spot of light brown discharge on the diaper. None on Maureen herself.

After applying the Cavilon products as usual, we got Maureen dressed and ready to go and start our day.

9:15 we transferred to the kitchen where Joanna made a delicious egg, cheese and tomato scramble, along with some pear, 6 ounces of prune juice. Maureen also drank approximately 10 ounces of lemon water.

Maureen was given her LORATADINE pill with a little applesauce, at the end of her breakfast.

No coughing during the breakfast service, a little coughing before the meal.

To this point, Maureen’s liquid consumption is approximately 18 ounces.

No MiraLAX was given today.

10:00 Joanna performs oral care, saline nebulizer treatment, and facial care, before we head out for a walk.

10:30 We are set to go for a nice walk, before it gets too warm.

11:40 we are back home, after having another 8 ounces of lemon water, we have transferred to the bedroom. We changed a medium wet diaper and set Maureen on her right side, this is how she will rest for the next hour.

12:45 The first rest break is over, Maureen is wet. We changed a medium wet diaper and transferred to the front room for lunch, consisting of tuna salad, with pickle and avocado, along with some sweet pea soup. Maureen had 10 ounces of sparkling water with lunch, again no coughing during the meal.

1:30 clean up and oral care were done, now we are just relaxing watching TV and trimming her nails.

2:30 we are transferring to the bedroom for the start of the second break, maureen has a very wet diaper with an extra large formed BM. We got her all cleaned up and she is resting comfortably on her left side where she will remain for the next hour.

3:50 The second break is now over, Maureen was heavy wet again, which is very nice to see so we changed her, all cleaned and dressed, moved to the front room for fresh fruit snack, consisting of watermelon, apple and banana.

To this point, Maureen has had a approximately 36 ounces of liquid intake.
