Thursday, July 18, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was already awake however, looking a little bit sleepy. She's calmly lying down on her left side. According to Dalia as per Tom, Maureen had a very light episode

8:10AM - Maureen went back to sleep.

8:30AM - Maureen looking fully awake now. In an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:40AM - Me and Dalia started to wash Maureen's upper body with warmed purple wipes. No redness/rashes on skin observed. Diaper was medium wet - very light vaginal discharges present. We cleaned/dried and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier cream on sacrum and Cavilon cream on folds. Finished dressing and transferred to the kitchen.

8:55AM - Breakfast - oatmeal/fruit

smoothie and yogurt. Maureen had a cup of lemon water. Coughed once and she was able to coughed up the phlegm herself.

No MiraLAX today.

9:15AM - Administered Ciprofloxacin (crushed) 500mg and 10mg Loratadine both with smoothie.

9:25AM - Oral care.

9:30AM - Nebulizer treatment - Saline soln and Albuterol.

9:45AM - Eye care / eye drops routine and followed with facial and hand care routine.

10:10AM - Went out for a walk.

11:00AM - We came back from a very nice walk - good weather outside.

**Maureen had a cup of cranberry juice (mixed with a lil bit of water).

11:30AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st resr break. Diaper was medium wet - no discharges, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Position to face her right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed Maureen. Finished dressing and transferred to the kitchen.

12:45PM - BP: 103/60, P: 62 bpm

Lunch was boiled egg, guacamole and sweet pea - veggie soup. Maureen had a cup of lemonade, she had a piece of chocolate chip cookie for dessert. Maureen enjoyed lunch. Coughed once.

**Reclined geri chair one notch prior to eating due to Maureen leaning forward.

1:35PM - Oral care.

**Maureen fully awake, sitting on her recliner looking relaxed while listening to the music.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to her bedroom for the 2nd resr break. Diaper was medium wet - no discharges. We cleaned/dried and changed her then, position to face her left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and proceed to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack time (banana, apple, melon). Maureen had half a cup of lemon water.
