Thursday, July 17, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen is already awake, she's taking sips of water via swab. She looks comfortable while lying on her left side.


8:30AM - Maureen closed her eyes back.


8:50AM - Maureen opened her eyes and looking more awake and ready to start her day. We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.


9:10AM - Gave her the Neb treatment with saline while still on bed.


**Coughed out phlegm with aid of the suction machine.


9:20AM - Me and Joanna washed her upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was heavy wet with very small, brownish discharge. We cleaned and changed her - very light redness on sacrum, skin intact. Applied Cavilon barrier film and Calazinc on sacrum. Applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and moved to the kitchen.


9:40PM - Maureen took only 6oz lemon water. She coughed once. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with the blended peach.


Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomato, onion and cheese, pear and 6oz prune juice. Coughed 3x and sneezed once.


10:20AM - Oral care.


10:25AM - Eye care/ eye drops routine. Facial and hand care routine followed.


BP: 104/62, P: 72, O2: 95%


10:35AM - Out for a walk.


11:20AM - Came back home from a nice walk, weather is nice today.


Maureen refuse to drink water.


11:30AM - We transferred her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we placed to face her right side.


12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry, we got her dressed and moved to the front room.


12:45PM - Lunch - tuna salad, fresh avocado, spinach soup and 12oz sparkling water. Maureen coughed 3x.


1:35PM - Oral care.


**Total liquid intake - 24oz

9:30 AM - Maureen is still sleeping comfortably 10:00 AM - Maureen is stirring about a little bit, so I went in and gave her a little water via swab, not quite ready to move, but getting ready shortly

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab. No signs of pain or any distress. 9:45AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg o
