Thursday, Jan. 25, 2024 - Swing Shift Update

4:00PM - Maureen finished her fruit snack with ni coughs. Comfortably sitting on her recliner watching her favorite game show.

4:50PM - Diaper was dry.

5:00PM - BP: 117-75, P: 66 bpm

5:10PM - Dinner was breaded cod with honey mustard dressing, sweet potatos and vegetable medley prepared by Carolyn. Maureen was eating well and enjoyed it. Finished a cup of lemon water. No coughs.

5:50PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:05PM - Oral care.

6:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream on folds. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on her back.

6:50PM - Maureen is sleeping.
