Tom cut her nails.

Dry diaper.

4:50 pm: dinner: Ham, broccoli and cheese Casserole

1/2 cup of water with lemon.

5:30 pm: BP: 112/62 P: 70

5:50 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

6:00 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet.

Cleaned,changed and applied Cavilon cream. Applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.
