Thursday Feb.19th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is sleeping

-9:50am Maureen is awake & put her in a upright position, gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce. Gave her 4oz of coconut water. Also gave her 6oz of prune juice.

-10:30am Morning Care changed Maureen's diaper is dry, applied sureprep and cavilon to appropriate areas. Washed Maureen's upper extremities w/warm purple wipes. Dressed her to start her day. Applied Nystatin under her left breast.

-10:50am transferred Maureen into the living room, brushed her hair. Gave Maureen 10mg of Loratadine w/applesauce.

-11:00am breakfast scrambled egg w/tomato and onion & diced pears. She finished 10oz of half coconut/sparkling water.

-11:55am Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream.

-12:00pm watching Grease & resting

-1:00pm afternoon fruit snack watermelon and pears diced...had to bullet the pears.

-2:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon break. Changed her diaper it was medium wet, positioned her on her right side. We inserted a suppository.

-3:00pm checked Maureen's diaper nothing @ 3:15pm she had a soft large BM, dressed her & transferred her into the living room for her afternoon.

-3:30pm watching Olympics. Gave Maureen 40ml of cough syrup, she finished 10oz.of sparkling water.

-4:30pm dinner sloppy Joe's and potato salad. Finished 8oz of hydration water. Gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine w/applesauce & 10mg/ml of Lacosamide w/applesauce.

-5:35pm Oralcare

-5:55pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. Changed Maureen's diaper it was medium wet. Washed her face and hands & applied lotion to her legs, feet, hands & face. Dressed her for the night & positioned her on her left side.
