Thursday Feb.05th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake

-9:40am sit Maureen in a upright position in bed to give her Levothyroxine 75mcg w/applesauce. Finished her hydration water 11oz. cup.

-9:45am Morning Care changed her diaper was dry w/small amount of discharge. Made note on paper copy. Applied sureprep & cavilon to appropriate areas. Washed her face & upper extremities & dried, dressed her to start the day.

-10:00am transferred Maureen into the living room. Put teeth into her mouth. Gave her, her Loratadine 10mg w/applesauce.

-10:15 made breakfast scrambled egg w/tomato & onion w/half of banana. Finished her apple juice 11oz. cup.

-11:00am Oralcare

-11:10am resting comfortably in chair. Drank 4oz. of ice coffee.

-1:00pm gave Maureen her afternoon fruit snack watermelon, she drank half of her sparkling water 5oz..

-2:00pm transferred Maureen into the bed room for her afternoon break. Changed her diaper extremely wet, positioned her on her right side.

-3:00pm Maureen up from her rest break, changed her diaper little wet dressed her & start our afternoon.

-3:20pm transferred Maureen into the living room.

-4:00pm finished the sparkling water cup 6oz.

-4:30pm dinner spaghetti 4oz. of coconut water.

-5:30 night meds OlanZapine 5mg w/applesauce & Lacosamide w/applesauce.

-5:35pm Oralcare

-5:45pm transferred Maureen into the bed room, changed her diaper little wet, applied cavilon to appropriate area's. Washed her face & hands applied lotion to arms, legs, hands & face. Dressed her for the night, positioned her on her left side.
